Filamentous fungus Rhizopus chinensis CCTCC M201021 had two typical mycelia morphology in submerge culture, the aggregated and dispersed, with different fermentation performance. We investigated transcriptome profiles of two typical mycelia morphology of R. chinensis in order to seek the possible regulation mechanisms on mycelia morphology.
