Supporting data for Functional characterization of RelA/SpoT homologue from oral bacteria

Our research focuses on a detailed analysis of the RelA/SpoT (RSH) homologue found in oral bacteria. Our analysis includes the recombinant protein activity, genomic distribution, and its functional correlation with adjacent proteins. These data provide insight into the unique functions of RSH subfamilies that were previously unexplored. These findings present promising opportunities for developing antibiotic drugs targeted at RSH protein in oral pathogenic bacteria.
