AGPS KO Lipidomics: Ether lipids influence cancer cell fate by modulating iron uptake

Lipidomics data generated by Lipotype gmbh and used in the analysis of the study "Ether lipids influence cancer cell fate by modulating iron uptake". This data set contains whole cell lipidomics of wildtype, AGPS knockout, and AGPS addback murine pB3 cells. This dataset also includes whole cell lipidomics of wildtype and AGPS knockout murine PyMT-1099 cells (+/-) tgf-b treatment for 10 days.
