CAP models

This dataset contains two iCn3D PNG IMAGE files related to preprint: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.12.25.521452v1 Download files, then read each file individually in iCn3D: using the link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/icn3d/full.html To load a file, use <strong>File Menu / Open File</strong> command and <strong>select the iCn3D PNG image</strong> format. - The file <em>CAP42in_CAP46in_CAP47in_CAP48in_colored-secondary-structure.png</em> contains 4 dimeric structural models of CAPs: CAP4.2, CAP4.6, CAP4.7 and CAP4.8 transmembrane and intracellular regions. - The file <em>CAP47in_icn3d_loadable-highlight-Tyrosines.png </em>contains the CAP4.7 dimeric model, with Tyrosines 669, 673, and 846 highlighted. For the (first) file containing multiple structures, <strong>one can browse through individual CAPs</strong> <strong>using the “a” key on the keyboard</strong> (or Alternate command).
