<strong>COVID-19 seropositivity was relatively high in shopping malls (53.6%) and religious settings (53.8%) during Delta, and in institutions (83.1%) during Omicron in Ghana. Further, participants screened at healthcare centres showed low seropositivity (39.3%) during Delta. This, however, increased to 60.0% during the Omicron wave period. Also, seropositivity for participants aged 60+</strong> <strong>rose from 55.4% during the Delta wave to 85.0% during the Omicron wave. Moreover, seropositivity was slightly lower for males (44.1%) compared to females (48.0%) during the Delta period. Participants who attained postgraduate education showed relatively high seropositivity from 57.8% during the Delta period to 81.0% during the Omicron wave period. Compared to the Omicron wave period, a lower seropositivity rate regarding income, the high-income group (63.8%), and formal employment type (48.5%) was observed during the Delta period.</strong>
