Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at Chaul End Reservoir, Caddington, Bedfordshire, September 2022

This collection comprises site images, CAD vector drawings, and a report from an archaeological evaluation, including geophysical surveying and geoarchaeological test-pitting at Chaul End Reservoir, Caddington, Bedfordshire. The evaluation was carried out by Albion Archaeology in September 2022, and aimed to gather baseline information in support of a planning application for a proposed new reservoir with associated valve house and pipework. The few archaeological features identified within the area are likely to be post-medieval or later in date and agricultural in nature.
