Nipple aspriate fluid (NAF) were obtained from 7 women including 3 breast cancer patients. Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) were isolated and bisulfite sequencing using Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform. Overall design: cfDNA libraries of normal and breast cancer NAF samples were constructed and sequenced for genome-wide DNA methylation profiling.
