This table compiles detailed information about the identification (e.g. the number of supporting peptides and the number of features that matched with each supporting peptide, etc.) of all hPTMs (Ascore >20 and < 20) described in T. cruzi for the epimastigote form (exponential phase) in our work and in the literature. A detailed description of each column is also provided.
