Gut Mycobiome of Breast Cancer Patients within Pahang, Malaysia. human gut metagenome

The aim of the study is to see the effects of breast cancer and its relation towards the gut mycobiome. The study involved 64 women where 32 are breast cancer patients while the rest are considered to be control group. This study focuses on the fungal composition found within the guts of the mentioned individuals.
