Metocean Data and Analysis Scripts for FSRU Terminal Planning on the Estonian Coast of the Gulf of Finland

This dataset contains supplementary metocean data and MATLAB analysis scripts for a study of Raudsepp et al. "Metocean study for the planning of the FSRU terminal: a case study at the Estonian coast of the Gulf of Finland". It includes wind data from ERA5, corrected ERA5, ASCAT scatterometer observations and Pakri station measurements; wave data from hindcast/model outputs, satellite observations and Pakri measurements; sea-surface-height data from CMEMS/NEMO, GETM, satellite products and Paldiski observations; and current data from CMEMS and NEMO-derived estimates. The repository also includes scripts and generated figures/tables for time-series plots, probability distributions and extreme value analysis.
