Cells were plated at density 160,000 cells/well, as described in Materials and Methods. Oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and Extracellular Acidification Rate were monitored over time using the Seahorse XFe96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer and the ATP Real-Time rate assay. Data were plotted for all cohorts (pool), C1-Female 46 years old, C2- Male 46 years old and C3-Male 26/27 years old. Several bioenergetic parameters were evaluated.
