The study assessed fibroblast reprogramming into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS), and the effects on efficiency of iPS reprogramming by treatment with 10-uM PFI-3. Samples were collected across multiple time points during reprogramming: day 0, 3, 5, 7, 14, and day 21, each in the presence or absence of PFI-3 treatment, with n=3 biological replicates. Human dermal fibroblasts were studied in two independent experimental batches. Treatment with iPS reprogramming media was started at day 0, as described in Yang et al 2023. Samples were also treated with either vehicle control, or 10-uM working concentration of PFI-3. Each treatment time was produced as n=3 biological replicate.
