We have developed orally-administratable rice tipe vaccine MucoRice-CTB for dhiaroeal diseases by genetic modification tecnique. In order to obtain detailed genomic information such as the transgene location or the copy number of transgene in a MucoRice-CTB strain 19A, we performed a whole-genome sequence analysis by using NGS. Here we uploaded the raw fastq sequence data of MucoRice-CTB 19A.
