This repository contains the IceBoost v2.0 regional Glacier Complex products for Randolph Glacier Inventory (RGI) v7.0. To know more about the Complex products from RGI, see here. RGI v.7.0: regional folders from 1 to 19. The .tif files are named according to the RGI v7.0 glacier-complex identifiers. Glacier complexes are generated by spatially merging all glaciers that are connected. The connectivity follows the RGI v7.0 complex definitions (e.g., RGI2000-v7.0-C-01_alaska-CtoG_links.json for Alaska). Data layers: IceBoost v2.0 modeled ice thickness (m) Monte Carlo modeled ice thickness uncertainty (meters) Jensen Gap (m) Surface elevation (TanDEM-X Edited DEM v1) (m) Geoid height (EIGEN-6C4 gravity field) (m) Data type: float32.Coordinate reference system (CRS): UTM coordinates (meters), specific to each glacier complex.Spatial resolution: 100 m.NoData value: NaN. File Attributes: id: Glacier complex identifier. crs: Coordinate reference system (CRS). When a glacier complex spans multiple UTM zones, the CRS is defined by the glacier with the largest area. area: Total glacier-complex area, computed as the sum of the constituent glacier areas. Units: km². glacier_ids: Identifiers of the individual glaciers composing the complex. ice volume (with uncertainty): Total glacier-complex ice volume and associated uncertainty. Units: km³. ice volume below sea level (with uncertainty): Total glacier-complex ice volume below sea level and associated uncertainty. Units: km³. ground-truth measurements: Ice-thickness measurements contained within the glacier complex, where available. Stored as latitude, longitude, and ice thickness. Units: (°N, °E, m). Note: Individual glacier products may have spatial resolutions finer than 100 m, whereas glacier-complex products are generated at a fixed 100 m resolution.
