PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white board and a coated white board favorable in appearance of the rear face of a back layer despite inclusion of used printed papers in a back layer of the board. SOLUTION: There is provided a white board [1] which is a multilayered white board having front， middle and back layers. The back layer includes a used paper pulp prepared by dispersion treatment of used printed papers， and the ERIC value of the back layer is in a range of 200 to 500. The number of dust pieces having the size of 0.01 mm 2 to 0.05 mm2 in plan view of the back layer is in a range of 500-15，000/m2， and that having the size of 0.05 mm2 or more is the range of 50-2000/m2. A coated white board [2] in which a coated layer is laid on at least one surface of the white board is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
