Internal Time of Photons and Wavelength: Gravitational Chromatic Aberration

This paper presents a formal development of theinternal temporal structure of photons. The the-ory proposes that every quantum state possessesan intrinsic internal time τλ proportional to itswavelength λ. This ontological framework pro-vides a unified explanation for quantum entangle-ment, galactic rotation curves, and cosmic acceler-ation.
