Ischaemic Postconditioning in Equine Jejunal Ischaemia

The objective of the study was to assess the feasibility of IPoC in equine jejunum, and to evaluate the effect of this treatment strategy on different variables of ischaemia reperfusion injury in experimental equine jejunal ischaemia. The authors hypothesized that IPoC clamping effectively reduces intestinal microperfusion in the equine jejunum, and that IPoC would ameliorate ischaemia reperfusion injury.本研究旨在评估缺血后处理（IPoC）在马空肠中的应用可行性，并分析该治疗策略对实验性马空肠缺血模型中缺血再灌注损伤各项观测指标的影响。本研究作者提出如下假设：缺血后处理（IPoC）夹闭操作可有效降低马空肠的肠道微循环灌注水平，且该处理能够减轻缺血再灌注损伤。
