The purpose of this study is to describe the bacterial community Solanum lycopersicum and ruderal plant roots (rhizosphere/endosphere) grown in 16 different soils. Bacterial communities associated with the rhizospheres and endospheres of plants were analyzed by PCR amplification of the 16S rRNA gene (V3-V4) and Illumina (Miseq) sequencing. Arabidopsis roots and leaves were harvested at 4 different sites.
