Accessibility-related electives in Software Engineering (specialty 121) Bachelor programs at top Ukrainian universities

This dataset records whether the Bachelor-level Software Engineering programs (specialty **121 «Інженерія програмного забезпечення»**) at the highest-ranked Ukrainian universities offer at least one **elective discipline** (вибіркова дисципліна) whose **name** indicates accessibility-related content. The unit of observation is one university program (one row per university). For each program the dataset records a binary present/absent flag and, where present, the verbatim name(s) of the accessibility-related elective(s). The dataset is intentionally minimal: a single flat CSV file.
