IMPPAT

Indian Medicinal Plants, Phytochemistry And Therapeutics (IMPPAT) is a curated database which has been constructed via literature mining followed by manual curation of information gathered from more than 50 specialized books on traditional Indian medicine, more than 7000 abstracts of published research articles and other existing database resources. IMPPAT 2.0是一个经过人工整理的数据库，专注于印度药用植物、植物化学物质及其治疗用途，数据来源于100多本传统医学书籍和7000多篇研究文章。该数据库覆盖了4010种药用植物、17967种植物化学物质和1095种治疗用途，并提供了化学结构、理化性质等计算信息，是目前该领域规模最大的资源。
