资源简介:
Human impacts on algae biodiversity is as well recognized, especially on cyanobacteria. However, factors controlling algae inter-annual dynamics and diversity are poorly known due to the general lack of long-term monitoring surveys. Here, we used a DNA-based sediment records from a deep subalpine lake to investigate biodiversity pattern in lake Chenghai. We found that the algae in lake Chenghai was mainly cyanobacteria in the past 100 years. And the change in cyanobacteria composition is mainly due to the P nutrient content increasing in the water, which reflects the dramatic changes in environmental conditions during the past century.
