Inferred protein interactions between candidate type 3 effectors and human proteins

This repository contains the protein-protein interactions inferred by mimicINT (https://github.com/TAGC-NetworkBiology/mimicINT) between more than 2,000 candidate type 3 effectors and a substantial fraction of the human proteome. This dataset was generated in the context of the DIME project (HDHL-INTIMIC 2017, https://www.healthydietforhealthylife.eu/project/dime) co-funded by the ANR (https://anr.fr/Project-ANR-17-HDIM-0001). 2020_08_21_DIME_MimicINT.tar.gz: all the input and output file of the protein interaction inference. 2020_08_21_DIME_SLiM-Probabilities.tar.gz: summary results of the randomization experiments to assess SLiM detection in predicted bacterial effector sequences. 2023_meta-interactome_random-networks.tar.gz: 10,000 degree-controlled random networks (HuMMI-main) used to assess whether the number of interface-resolved interactions inferred by mimicINT exceeded random expectation.
