In this study, we developed an enhanced method for preparing ultrafine magnesium sulfate particles, referred to as bubble-mediated dynamic triphasic antisolvent crystallization (BDTAC). This process involves atomizing a precursor solution into fine droplets, which are subsequently transported by bubbles within the antisolvent medium via a pump-driven air flow. To systematically explore the effects of various conditions on particle synthesis, we varied the initial precursor concentrations (0.005–0.1 g/g), droplet inlet diameters (small and large), and vacuum flow rates (60, 120, and 180 mL/min). The size distribution of the resulting particles under these conditions is presented in the tables below.
