Cotton Fibre and Stem Transcriptome Data - Coker 315-C11 developmental series

Transcriptome data of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum Coker 315-C11) fibre across three key developmental stages - primary, transition, and secondary cell wall stages, and also of stem fibres/xylem and pith.
