ITM2B, a transmembrane protein, is frequently undergoing cleavage. We found site I115 is essential for ITM2B cleavage and ITM2BI115A exhibited resistant to cleavage. Here, we identified the interaction proteins with full-length ITM2B through analysis of mass spectrum in ITM2BI115A expressing 786-O cells.
