We performed ChIP-seq for the E-protein transcription factor HEB in ID4 knockdown mammary epithelial cells to determine how ID4 affects HEB DNA binding. HEB ChIP-seq in cells treated with siRNA targeting ID4 were compared with cells treated with non-targeting (NT) siRNA control. 3 biological replicates were performed.
