UCEs and mitogenome matrices for phylogenomic analyses

Here we characterized several mitogenomes and conducted phylogenetic analyses of both Ultraconserved Elements (UCEs) and mitochondrial genes matrices of representative Doryctinae genera to assess the monophyly and higher-level classification of the subfamily. The UCE matrices were constructed using different percentage of taxa completeness, while the mitogenome matrix was constructed using only the protein-coding genes (PCG) and removing regions of ambiguous alignment (RAA).
