Quarterly Tier 1 ratio of banking industry in France 2015-2024

The Tier 1 ratio of the banking industry in France increased overall between 2015 and 2024, despite some fluctuations. In the second quarter of 2024, it stood at 17.24 percent, slightly higher than in the previous quarter. Nevertheless, it was still lower than the peak value of 17.42 percent that was observed in the first two quarters of 2023.
