We designed sugarcane monoculture, peanut monoculture, sugarcane-peanut intercropping and root separation intercropping. The roots of two crops, stems and leaves of sugarcane, were studied by transcriptomics, hormones and microbiology. In order to find out the effects of signal exchange in the underground part of intercropping system on the disease resistance of sugarcane and peanut, the nitrogen fixation ability of peanut, the yield and quality of sugarcane, and the key candidate genes, important hormones and core microorganisms that regulate the above phenotype.
