In this study, to evaluate the microbial community changes during plant cultivation with different fertilizers application, we cultivated green onion (Allium fistulosum L.) for one year in green houses. Using 16S rRNA gene sequencing approaches, we discover improvement of microbial diversity in organic farming and change of several niches between organic and chemical farming.
