In this study, two groups of patients will be included: one group consists of smoking patients with dentures, and the second group consists of non-smoking patients with dentures. Patient demographic information forms (form no. 1 attached), clinical symptoms, underlying diseases, and medication records will be prepared and completed by the patients included in the study. Saliva samples from the patients will be collected and sent to the laboratory, where they will be cultured in specific yeast environments. Positive culture cases will be identified using molecular methods, and drug sensitivity tests will be performed for each case based on CLSI guidelines. Finally, the results will be analyzed using statistical tests, and the results of the two groups will be compared.
