This project aimed to validate the use of aggregaritve sampling methods in a variety of commercial produce fields. In addition, the use of PBS or BPW of wetting agents for hydrated bootie or drag swabs were also assessed in comparison to conventional soil grabs, using indicator bacteria organism recovery and microbial community analysis as metrics.
