This dataset "Whole Genome Sequence of Metabolically Engineered Pichia pastoris (Komagataella phaffii) Producing β-Lactam Precursor δ-(L-α-aminoadipyl)-L-cysteinyl-D-valine (ACV)" supports the manuscript titled “Metabolic Engineering of Pichia pastoris for Production of the β-Lactam Precursor δ-(L-α-aminoadipyl)-L-cysteinyl-D-valine (ACV)”. The Pichia pastoris_ACV strain was sequenced using a hybrid platform (both Illumina and Nanopore). The dataset includes the whole-genome sequence (FASTA file), and BLAST results of the pcbAB and npgA genes with the whole genome sequence of Pichia pastoris_ACV strain.
