Screening of dysregulated microRNAs identified miR-375 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target which may improve outcomes in diabetic critical limb ischemia. Overall design: RNA-Seq analysis was performed on HUVECs treated with 50 nM of either non-specific or miR-375 mimics for 48 hours using standard library construction and Illumina HiSeq2500 V4 2x100 PE (Genewiz, South Plainfield, NJ).
