Summary of the proportions of intra-chromosomal SNP pairs that are phylogenetically incompatible as determined by the four-gamete test. The proportions were determined for each chromosome in each of three populations: the total population, the MATα, and the ST160 subpopulations. Chromosome and mitochondrial genome percentages represent intra-chromosomal SNP pairs that are phylogenetically incompatible. Total nuclear genome SNP pairs being phylogenetically incompatible includes both intra- and inter- chromosomal SNP pairs.
