Additional Dataset for the paper "The effect of different milk pretreatment methods on microbiome community development during Herrgårds cheese production and ripening." (Rodríguez et al., 2026, PLOS One) Includes: MAGs FASTA files generated for each of the production trials described in the paper Lacotoccus spp. cultures used for taxonomic reference at tree building, krona HTML visualization files files required for anvi'o (profiles and binned contigs for each of the production trials). Anvi'o config.json files with the parameters used to run the coassemblies and annotation Raw FASTQ files for the main study, together with metadata, can be downloaded and accessed at ENA (European Nucleotide Archive) under the accession ID: PRJEB111575
