Midwestern Agricultural Surface Water Evidence Base (MASWEB)

The Midwestern Agricultural Surface Water Evidence Base (MASWEB) is an original assembled research database supporting a multiscale comparison of agricultural surface water decision stability. Version 3.3.0 links screened flood events, exact acquisition pairs and source asset identifiers, processing route membership, lagged crop eligibility, common support rules, multiscale analytical units, county level fixed budget decisions, exclusions, sensitivity analyses, figure source data, analysis code, and independent numerical audits. The package contains original registries and derived analytical materials. It does not redistribute NASA OPERA, USGS Landsat, USDA Cropland Data Layer, Joint Research Centre Global Surface Water, or other registered source rasters. Third party cartographic geometry is also excluded. Authoritative source locators and provenance records are retained in the metadata tables. Portable verification reproduces all 13 machine readable result tables, rebuilds six noncartographic figures with pixel exact agreement, hash verifies four frozen cartographic files, and passes 22 independent numerical checks. The evidence estimates concordance and target replacement, not product accuracy, formal equivalence, or product superiority.
