For the readme: This repository contains the raw and supporting data used to generate Figures 1–4. The data are organized into folders corresponding to each figure in the main text. Within each folder, the files correspond to data used to produce the individual panels of the figure. The folder Figure 1 contains the diffraction data used to generate the panels of Figure 1. The data are provided as .txt files containing the raw intensity values measured in the diffraction experiments. Panel (a) contains 2θ–ω scans for the CCMO film, the WO₃ film, and the CCMO|WO₃ heterostructure. These files contain the raw diffraction intensity as a function of diffraction angle used to generate the scans shown in the subplot. Panel (b) contains the reciprocal space map (RSM) of the WO₃ film measured around the (110) reflection. Panel (c) contains the reciprocal space map of the CCMO|WO₃ heterostructure measured around the (110) reflection. Panel (d) contains reciprocal space maps measured around the (420) and (332) reflections. The folder Figure 2 contains electron microscopy data corresponding to the measurements presented in Figure 2. The images of the scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) measurements are provided as .tiff and .png files. The selected area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern shown in the figure is provided as a .png image. In addition, the folder contains the original raw STEM data file generated during the microscopy measurement, which was used to produce the processed images included in the figure. The folder Figure 3 contains the raw data used to generate the results shown in Figure 3 are associated figures in the Supplementary material. Microscopy images corresponding to the figure panels are provided as .tiff files. The numerical data used for plotting are provided as .txt files. This folder also contains the amplitude and phase line-scan profiles extracted from the microscopy data as .txt. The folder Figure 4 contains the raw Raman spectroscopy data used to produce Figure 4. The spectra are provided as .txt files containing Raman intensity as a function of Raman shift. Datasets are included for measurements performed on the YAO substrate, the YAO|WO₃ heterostructure, and the YAO|CCMO|WO₃ heterostructure. These raw spectra correspond directly to the data used to generate the Raman plots shown in the manuscript.
