Resting-state functional MRI data were preprocessed using fmriprep 21.0.0 and analyzed using CONN 20.b, running on SPM12 in MATLAB 2018b. Diffusion-weighted MRI data were preprocessed using QSIprep. FA maps were derived using DTIFIT in TBSS and statistical analysis was carried out using TBSS in FSL.
