Multiple paths to recovery after the Permian-Triassic mass extinction

This is a supplementary repository that includes the dataset and code used in the manuscript. We used the DeepMorph to analyze the morphological evolution of three marine clades (i.e., ammonoids, brachiopods, and ostracods) during the latest Permian to Middle Triassic. The taxonomy dataset was uploaded. In our analyses, we used the Bayesian framework package PyRate and SQS (shareholder quorum subsampling) to estimate the origination and extinction rates and diversification patterns of each clade based on the fossil occurrence data compiled from multiple sources
