The biodiversity of apomictic polyploid plants: the Ranunculus auricomus complex - FC and FCSS data

In this project, we measured ploidy (FC, flow cytometry) and reproduction mode (single seed flow cytometric seed screening, ssFCSS) with flow cytometric analyses including 235 populations and ca. 90 taxa of the <i>Ranunculus auricomus </i>polyploid complex. We also calculated genetic heterozygosity values (% heterozygous sites, 'min50') and genetic distances (Net, 'min30') of sexual and apomictic populations based on RADseq alignments (*.vcf and *.nex files).
