Single cell gene expression from the kidneys of calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrocalcinosis mice model.

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to identify changes in cellular compositions and their transcriptomic expressions in kidney tissues of calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrocalcinosis mouse model and normal mouse kidney tissues. Male C57BL/6 J mice aged 6 to 8 weeks were used in this experiment. To establish the mouse model of CaOx nephrocalcinosis, mice were treated with GLY (100 mg/kg/d) by intraperitoneal injection for 7 days. Single cell suspensions from kidneys of these mice were used for analysis.
