Aberrant expression of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) is involved in the progression of myeloid neoplasms, but the role of lncRNAs in classical myeloproliferative neoplasms (cMPNs) remains unclear. The present study was conducted to clarify the expression and regulation patterns of lncRNAs in cMPNs, and to explore new potential carcinogenic factor of cMPNs.Bioinformatics analysis of microarray data and qRT-PCR validation were performed to study the expression and regulation signature of differentially expressed lncRNAs (DELs) and related genes (DEGs) in cMPNs.
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs)的异常表达参与髓系肿瘤的发生发展进程,但长链非编码RNA在经典骨髓增殖性肿瘤(classical myeloproliferative neoplasms,cMPNs)中的作用仍不明确。本研究旨在阐明长链非编码RNA在经典骨髓增殖性肿瘤中的表达与调控模式,并探索经典骨髓增殖性肿瘤潜在的新型致癌因子。本研究通过对微阵列数据进行生物信息学分析,并结合实时定量逆转录PCR(qRT-PCR)验证,探究经典骨髓增殖性肿瘤中差异表达长链非编码RNA(differentially expressed lncRNAs,DELs)及相关差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes,DEGs)的表达与调控特征。
