This dataset focuses on the Hanjiang River Basin in the north-south transition zone of China. It collects monthly sediment concentration data from major hydrological stations within the basin from 1950 to 2018. The dataset covers 22 hydrological stations, and is primarily constructed via standardized organization, analysis and integration of collected and organized historical hydrological yearbook materials. It includes annual, monthly and monthly-series sediment concentration data, with a total of 757 data records and a total data size of 715 KB. The entire dataset is fully open and freely available for sharing.
