The name of the sample is Napham. It is a Fermented fish product in paste form which is traditionally prepared by Bodo ethnic community of Assam, BTR. In different stages of fermentation, there may be different microflora. Two samples YN2 and YN3 are used to detect micro-organisms in two stages of fermentation of Napham in the present study
