Transcriptome study of Acinobacter baumannii ddrR mutants in the presence or absence of mitomycin C

All RNA samples were isolated from the ddrR mutant strain of Acinobacter baumannii. The triplicates labeled “plus” have been subjected to mitomycin C (MMC) exposure (treated) and the triplicates labeled “minus” were not exposed to MMC (control). A comparison between treated and control samples to determine differential gene expression was performed. mRNA profiles of ddrR mutants in the presence of MMC (treated) and absence of MMC (control) were performed in triplicate.
