(B) Cerebrum, spinal cord, and cerebellum tissue homogenates (n = 2 uninfected FVB mice per genotype, 1 per lane) were analyzed by immunoblotting using antibodies for RIG-I and ISG15. Antibody for β-ACTIN served as control.
