肾细胞癌（简称肾癌）是泌尿系统中恶性度较高的肿瘤。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外，还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC, commonly referred to as kidney cancer) is a highly malignant tumor in the urinary system. This product provides analytical pipelines for DNA, RNA and single-cell samples. Specifically, the DNA analysis pipeline covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene detection, and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and the interaction between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. The single-cell analysis pipeline covers cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory inference, and transcription factor analysis.
