Coral Geochemical Proxy Thermometer via Machine Learning

The model input dataset is shown in Table S1. Note: Monthly satellite SST records with a spatial resolution of 0.25° × 0.25° for each coral reef region are obtained from the NOAA OISSTv2 AVHRR SST dataset (https://www.psl.noaa.gov/data/gridded/data.noaa.oisst.v2.highres.html) and used as SST data. The coral proxy dataset was collected from the following 4 studies(see References) Model evaluation and propagated errors are presented in Table S2.
