Genome-wide transcriptome analysis of pluripotent (2iL) and differentiated (2iL withdrawal) mES cells, overexpressing a DOX-inducible Esrrb

We report the application of genome-wide RNA-sequencing analysis for pluripotent mouse ES cells transfected with DOX-inducible Esrrb and maintained in 2iL, or differentiated for 96 hours with or without Doxycycline. We find that Esrrb expression is sufficient to confer reversibility and activates both naive and formative genes. Overall design: mRNA profiles of mES cells transfected with DOX-inducible Esrrb and cultured in 2iL or after 96 hours of differentiation with or without Doxycycline treatment.
